*MMI’s criteria for acquisition:
- Occupancy or rents are below current averages for the property’s sub-market
- Cost basis is less than 50% of replacement cost
- Superior location within the sub-market
- Price is based solely on existing income and expenses
- Property should be “in-fill” with significant barriers against additional entrants
