MMI provides project, development, and construction management services on a fee basis, if an owner wants or needs those services to supplement its ownership position.
MMI can formulate an overall strategy for a property and can implement that strategy via zoning changes, development of marketing and development plans, budget preparation and control, selecting the general contractor through a thorough vetting process, engineers, architect, and, as necessary, the leasing representatives, etc. for each project and manages these parties through to completion of the development and or construction process. Below is a list of current and past projects MMI serves as the project and construction manager:
Windermere Cay Apartments
MMI is the developer and construction manager for the first phase of 272 units of apartments, and the second phase of development at Windermere Cay apartments. Construction of Phase 1B commenced in September 2014 and includes the addition of 108 multifamily units.
Phase 2 of 300 units are in planning and development and pre-construction costing.
Commercial subdivision infrastructure and roadway design and construction.
Developing master plans for two separate properties, and secured an interchange servicing these properties.
MMI is actively engaged in the interior renovation currently taking place at Douglas Centre. As project and construction manager, MMI works closely with the contractor, architect engineer to ensure the project is within budget and is finished in a timely manner.
In addition, MMI is actively involved in the leasing of 41,000 square feet leased in 3rd Quarter 2014. MMI Oversaw all of the tenant improvements associated with this leasing and reposition effort.
