MAITLAND WEST PLANNED DEVELOPMENT “MaWe”
This 33.2-acre site is located at the southeast quadrant of Maitland Boulevard (State Road 414) and Forest City Road (State Road 434) in Maitland, Florida. Following acquisition, MaWe was rezoned and underwent a major land use change from agricultural and institutional to high-density residential and commercial. MaWe has the development potential of up to 1.3 million square feet of commercial space and 600 multifamily units. This site is in the process of being annexed into the City of Maitland. The site could benefit from additional intensity bonuses and reduced impact fee payments.
This 43-acre project is located at the northeast corner of Maitland Boulevard (State Road 414) and Western Beltway (State Road 429) in Apopka, Florida. The current approved site plan allows for 500+ multifamily units and 7 acres of commercial development. Once developed, this project will be the newest multifamily housing community in Apopka. Phase I will be the first new product delivered to this submarket during the current economic cycle and closest in proximity to the planned Florida Hospital (Adventist Healthcare) breaking ground March 2015.
This 73-acre project is located adjacent to Emerson I in Apopka, Florida. MMI acquired this site in October 2014. The preliminary site plan will allow for 275,000+ square feet of big box and NNN retail space.
