MMI's
diverse asset base reflects our philosophy that a typical product type
should not necessarily be avoided just because we do not have several
economic cycles of experience in it. MMI's broad partner base allows it
to bring in partners with a long track record in a particular asset
type to assist MMI to conservatively analyze an asset and its value
added options.
